Summer is drawing to a close in my part of the world and soon I will be packing away my swimwear and having it on standby for its next appearance: winter vacation! Or should I say vacation from winter! Is there anything better than miles of white sand, blue water and sunshine when you’ve just left the North Pole behind? No! There isn’t!
